Clinical Pharmacist Team
The Clinical Pharmacy Team provides appointments on 4 days of the week. These appointments can be at the request of the GP or are as a follow-up of long-term condition reviews.
The highly-skilled and experienced team work closely with the GPs of the practice to manage long term conditions by reviewing and optimising medication. This is to ensure that we are prescribing safely and effectively to our patients.
The team processes clinical letters, reconcile medication changes and ensure that you obtain the correct medication in a timely manner. In addition, they are able to deal with any medication queries.
