Wiltshire NHS physiotherapy service
The Wiltshire NHS Physiotherapy service provides a comprehensive outpatient musculoskeletal service including:
- Personalised advice and education including advice regarding exercise, posture and lifestyle
- Back pain management classes
- One-to-one consultations
- Manual therapy
- Referral for reduced-rate gym membership
The service covers all age ranges, providing assessment, treatment and advice for a wide range of conditions from tennis elbow and back pain to rehabilitation following surgery. Click here for further information about the service.
You may be referred to the service by your GP or you can self-refer by completing and returning the following self-referral form to the Physiotherapy team at Chippenham Community Hospital.
